The paperwork provides us with general information about you.

Consultation
You will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as your health goals for the future.

History and Examination
A number of specialized chiropractic tests will be performed to determine which part of your nervous system is affected.

X-ray Studies
Depending on your exam, the doctor may determine X-Rays are necessary to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective plan to restore your health.

Report of Findings
Your second visit will include your complete Report of Findings from all the tests performed. Then, we will tell you what chiropractic can do for you, and how much it will cost. Please be sure to schedule this visit at a time in which your spouse (or friend) can accompany you.

Home Instructions
Prior to leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.
